Gary Prince
Gary is a seasoned veteran of the mobile and payments industries, having spent the last 20 years in creating new and alternative payment products in Banks, financial institutions and mobile companies for consumers and merchants. Always seen as a bit of a maverick, he has always looked to pioneer merchant payments, especially the SME which for too long has been the forgotten market segment. He is Chief Strategy Officer and Vice Chairman at SimplyPayMe.
Born, grew up and educated in East London, within walking distance of the City of London. It was no surprise his career started in the stock market. Home for the last 23 years has been a North Essex village., where his two daughters were born and raised and has been a Governor of the village primary school for more than 20 years. Gary has always enjoyed flying, even from a very young age. He has had several flying lessons and at the top of his bucket list is to obtain a pilot’s licence.
